Bilic Paving & Landscaping is an owner-operated business working across the Adelaide suburbs from a base in Flagstaff Hill.
It is run to one standard, on every job — on site from the first string line to the last swept joint. Every job is set out by the owner, and everyone who works under this name is held to the same rule: treat every house like it is your own. Clean edges, tidy sites, and a yard left the way we would want ours left. That standard does not change with the size of the job.
Most of what makes paving last is invisible once it is finished: the excavation depth, the compaction, the fall, the “base beneath”. That is where the care goes. The surface is simply the part you get to enjoy.

What we do

From the excavator through to the last paver, every stage is handled in-house — so nothing falls between trades and nobody is waiting on anyone else.

Paving
Driveways, courtyards, alfresco areas, pool surrounds and paths. Clay, concrete and stone pavers laid on a properly prepared and compacted base, with cuts set out so the pattern reads clean from the street.

Landscaping
Full front and rear transformations — turf and synthetic lawn, garden beds, edging and levels. Hard and soft landscaping brought together so the finished yard works as one space.

Retaining Walls
Sleeper and block walls built to hold a level and hold it for good — footings and backfill done to spec, whether it is a garden step or a sloping block that needs terracing.

Fencing
Boundary and privacy fencing, gates and returns. Posts set plumb and true, lines run straight over uneven ground, and heights kept consistent along the full run.

Builders Prep & Site Excavation
Bobcat and tipper work, bulk and detailed excavation, spoil removal, base import and compaction. Sites cut to level and pads prepared ahead of the slab, with access, drainage and set-out sorted before the builder arrives. The unglamorous stage that decides how everything above it performs.

We come out, walk the site with you, take levels and talk through what the ground is actually doing — falls, access, existing surfaces.

A free written quote, itemised by stage, with the paver or material selection confirmed. What is included is written down, and so is what is not.

Preparation
Excavation, spoil removal, base import and compaction. The longest stage and the one that decides everything — it is not rushed.

Lay & finish
Laying, cutting, edge restraint, jointing and a full clean-up. The site is left swept and tidy, and you get a walk-through before we leave.
